First, we examine your device to discover what might be the problem. If the estimated cost of the repair less than 40 euro, we can take immediate action and we fix the problem.
If the repair costs more than 40 euro, we inform you about it and you receive a quotation from us for the repair.
After that you can decide what you wish we do: repair the device or no. If you wish not to repair your device you do not have to pay for the examination. According to our policy if we don’t repair your device, you don’t have to pay anything.
During the inspection process, if we find broken or faulty parts, they will be replaced to get the best outfit and performance. When we have completed the inspection and possible repair, we clean the computer inside and outside and we also perform a full data wipe and install a new operating system with the necessary drivers. After the above process, the laptop will be sold as a refurbished laptop with warranty.
Yes. We provide warranty.
The warranty period may vary depending on the product. All purchases are accompanied by a warranty form showing the actual warranty period of the product. This period is a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 24 months.
Every time we sell a mobile, we include a warranty card with it. The warranty card will tell you when the warranty period started and how long warranty you have on the mobile. During this period, your mobile will have a limited warranty. You can claim the warranty when you return the mobile to our shop. We will inspect the mobile and try to repair it. If this is not possible, we will replace the mobile with a mobile of the same type or value.
